Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects such as:
- Open stitching
- Sole pasting issues
- Visible manufacturing faults
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The shoes must be unused
- The product must be returned with all original tags intact and not removed
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The original invoice/order proof must be provided
Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn shoes
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences

4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, Bootland does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after the refund is processed.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy conditions mentioned above.
